Thomas Pham LeGro, a 48-year-old journalist at the Washington Post and resident of Washington, D.C., made his first appearance in U.S. District Court on Thursday to face charges of possessing child pornography.
U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro announced the charges and thanked FBI Assistant Director in Charge Steven J. Jensen and Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela Smith for their work on the investigation.
